We are a familyowned and leading car restoration business based in Dromana renowned for our innovation exceptional craftsmanship and dedication to customer service.

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Panel Beater to join our skilled Reviving History team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop technical skills gain handson experience and learn from industry leaders while working on classic car restorations and highend prestige/luxury repairs.

What Youll Do:

• Collaborate with the Panel Shop Manager to assist in the repair and restoration of customer vehicles
• Learn essential panel beating techniques including shaping welding and fabrication
• Use power tools and hand tools to file grind and sand repaired surfaces
• General stripping of vehicles and assembling
• Perform thorough cleaning of customer vehicles both interior and exterior
• Moving Cars in and out of the workshop
• Be an integral part of a creative dynamic team gaining handson experience with real projects

What Were Looking For:

• A genuine passion for cars especially classics and custom builds
• Strong work ethic attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Basic knowledge of automotive tools is a plus
• Enthusiasm for handson work in a fastpaced innovative environment

About You:

• Passionate about the automotive industry particularly in panel beating
• Be in your 1st 2nd or 3rd year of Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (Advantageous)
• A good sense of humour and positive attitude
• Willingness to commit to completing the apprenticeship including studies with a renowned training provider
• Selfmotivated enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and a cando attitude
• A reliable team player with strong communication skills
• Wellpresented and able to work effectively within a closeknit team
• Values honesty reliability and punctuality
• Permanent resident or have appropriate Australian working rights

Apprentice Requirements:

• Available to commence from asap.
• Commitment to completing in house TAFE apprenticeship
• Good work ethic and attitude
• Flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of tasks
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Awareness of OH&S requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
