Join the Parkerville Children and Youth Care Early Intervention and Prevention Team based in Midland as a Child and Family Care Navigator. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Family Support Network Program providing integrated traumainformed strengthbased support to families fostering an environment of empowerment and trust.
As a Child and Family Care Navigator you will provide intake and assessment therapeutic interventions facilitate group work and provide both inreach and outreach client appointments. You will empower families by building on their strengths to overcome difficulties offering practical and emotional support to children young people and their families experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges.
This role is offered on a Permanent FullTime basis with occasional Saturday and evenings shifts.
Interviews will take place between 26th 28th May with an anticipated start date of 1st July 2025.
