Ui/ UX Designer parental leave contract

We are proudly owned by Auto & General Insurance Company. The A&G group is made up of trusted and wellknown brands such as iSelect Compare the Market and Budget Direct. In late 2024 iSelect and Compare the Market formed a new aggregation business within the A&G group that continues to support millions of Australians to compare and buy their personal finance and household products such as insurance energy and loans.
What youll do:
Join our Customer Experience team to design new and improved experiences across iSelect and Compare the Markets online comparison customer journeys. We offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where youll work with crossfunctional teams to research design validate and rollout digital experiences for iSelect customers that deliver the companys vision and strategy.

Youll be passionate about Human Centred Design. You will represent the customer and drive innovative thinking. You will be testing products engaging with users and getting feedback first hand to make educated design decisions.
What youll need:
- 1 3 years industry Ui/UX Designer experience preferably including B2C and/or consumer financial services
- Proficieent in relevant design tools: eg. Sketch Invision (or Figma Adobe XD or similar)
- Knowledgeable in endtoend UX and UI design process; a portfolio that demonstrates this is advantageous
- Conducting and synthesizing UX research and/or A/B Testing
- Prior experience creating and facilitating (HCD) Human Centred Design workshops eg. Requirements gathering service design blueprints design jams etc
- Bonus Points: Experience working in Agile environments
- Bonus Points: if you have Coding Skills: HTML CSS Javascript etc
