Job Description

Bell Training Academy Team

Bring your experience and ideas and help us instruct clients/customers on Bell aircraft regarding aircraft systemsplanning considerations and inflight operations using classroom training devices flight simulatorsand aircraft flight training in various Bell models. Opportunity for worldwide offsite travel is required for providing academic and flight training to our global customer base plan and execute aircraft flights around the world. This role will be an integral part of the team working closely with customers and employees.

What youll be doing as Ground and Simulation Instructor

Responsible for delivering academic ground instruction and simulator training to customers for visual and instrument flight.

Coordinate and participate in development of flight/ground training courseware.

Compliance with all applicable Aviation Authority requirements

May travel domestically or internationally as required by the customer.

May work shifts outside of 8am5pm schedule as required by the business demand.

Skills You Bring To this Role

Must have at least 5 years of Helicopter Aviation experience

Commercial Rotorcraft license

CFI/CFII (AGI for ground instructors)

At least 2000 hours total time in helicopters

At least 750 hours as instructor pilot

Microsoft Office: Excel and MS Projects

No revocation of any pilots license by the FAA or regulatory agencies.

Selfmotivated disciplined and able to meet department objectives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proactive attention to detail and goal oriented

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

What you need to be successful

Bachelors degree in aviation or related field

ATProtorcraft

NVG

500 hours of instrument experience

High familiarity of Bell products bi or multi lingual

Increased level based on instruction time in aircraft certifications/qualifications received

for Bell model aircraft can instruct for other Civil Aviation Authorities completions of

FAA/EASA audits with all being combined with performance/behavior objectives.

Ability to exercise judgment and discretion while working under pressure of deadlines and priority changes.
