Job Description

Kings Pointe Resort along with S&L Hospitality is currently accepting resumes for a PartTime Waterpark Concession Stand Attendant.

Ideal candidates for this position would be able to work during the operational hours of the waterpark (including weekends and evenings) have previous customer service experience preferably prior food and beverage preparation experience a selfstarted able to work independently and have exceptional communication and time management skills. Candidate for this role must be at least 16 years of age or older due to servicing of alcohol with supporting documentation.

Some responsibilities of the Concession Stand Attendant may include:

  1. Must be able to handle cash and use the PointofSale system accurately.
  2. Provide outstanding and consistent customer service by being knowledgeable pleasant and helpful to guests at all times.
  3. Complete daily cleaning tasked as assigned by supervisor or manager.
  4. Maintain clean concession stand area both in front and back areas.
  5. Keep food and beverage containers fully stocked.
  6. Promote and practice safety standards at all times.
  7. Maintain a clean and wellgroomed appearance at all times in accordance with departmental standards.
  8. Regular and reliable attendance.
  9. Learn understand and practice department standard operating procedures.
  10. Understand and practice the core values standards and expectations of the company.
  11. All other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

This position is subject to a successful completion of a background check as it relates to the responsibilities of the role.
