Job Description

Contract to Hire

Customer Service Representative South Bend IN

$18.00/hr.


As a Customer Service Representative at Company Name you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with outstanding support and assistance. You will handle inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive experience for every customer all while representing our brands values and commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and other related items.
  • Assist customers with order placement tracking and returns.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Process refunds exchanges and warranty claims according to company policies.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products promotions and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Product Development to address customer feedback and improve our offerings.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our system.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall service quality.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong ability to listen and address customer needs.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in our products.
