Role description

We are seeking experienced and flexible Disability Support Workers to fill a range of casual roles available. You will need to be able to work one to one and as part of a team in a group setting. This position is a shift work role which includes the need to work weekends and the ability to cover leave within a 24/7 roster. The aim of the role is to provide quality support for our clients in achieving their goals. This is a casual role with the potential for permanency in the future.

The successful candidate must have:

  • A current provisional or full Australian drivers licence
  • A valid WWVP card with NDIS activities
  • First Aid Certificate from a Nationally Recognised Training Organisation
  • Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and possess a NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate of completionhttps:// you have a desire to support a person with disability to achieve their personal best strong communication skills and patience determination and the ability to create a sustainable safe and stable home environment then this role is for you.
