Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their operations in Gauteng!
Responsibilities:
- Drive authentic safety leadership by leading SHER initiatives audits and investigations.
- Ensure compliance by monitoring legislation and implementing proactive operational strategies.
- Champion a respectful inclusive workplace while advancing people and culture initiatives.
- Lead operational planning budgeting and team capability development for longterm success.
- Improve asset performance through standardisation innovation and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Bachelors Degree / Honours Degree in Mining
- Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
- 5 years Trackless mining experience as a Section Manager or Mining Manager
Benefits:
- Salary: R2.8m R3.5m CTC
