As a Clinical Administrative Coordinator/Licensed Practical Nurse heres a bigpicture view of what youll do:

Clinical Duties (Back Office)

  1. Take patient vitals medical histories and assist with exams
  2. Administer minor injections and educate patients on how to use (as certified or licensed
  3. Perform selected inoffice and online patient tests cognitive Eye Sync etc.
  4. Maintain clean organized exam rooms and track medical inventory.

Administrative Duties (Front Office)

  1. Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  2. Schedule appointments manage phone calls and confirm documentations
  3. Process referrals prior authorizations and maintain accurate EHR entries
  4. Handle billing coordination and assist with frontdesk workflow

Practice Coordination

  1. Liaison between clinical and administrative teams
  2. Ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow
  3. Help train and mentor new staff or medical assistants as needed

A few musthaves for Licensed Practical Nurses:

  1. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license in GA or a compact state.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience as an LPN in a busy private practice or specialty clinic.
  3. Strong skills in bothpatient careandadministrative tasks
  4. Comfortable usingEHR systems(NextGen preferred)
  5. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  6. CPR certification and First Aid certification
  7. Current TB
  8. Friendly reliable and professional attitude
