Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Sound understanding of soil and groundwater investigation and remediation strategies
- Client engagement approach and stewardship
- Complex problem solving as it relates to environmental remediation and economic decision making
- Balancing the triangle of Scope Schedule and Budget to produce the best results possible for our clients
- Diverse professional networks spanning the globe and multitudes of disciplines
- Conduct research collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Opportunities to engage in a wide range of environmental and geographical settings
- Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with coworkers and clients effective collaborators welcome
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Applied Science (Engineering Geology or Science)
- 05years experience
- Drive and ability to obtain Professional license (Engineering Geologist etc).
- Detail oriented with the ability to balance a diverse and changing workload
- Critical thinking and problem solving ability to identify multiple solutions to a problem
- Willingness to respond to call outs during nonroutine working hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and aptitude
- Positive attitude very strong interpersonal skills
- Conduct research collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize to meet project timelines
- Selfmotivated and willingness to work in a team in a fastpaced environment
- Interest in continuing professional development
- Must reside near our Plainwell Michigan office.
- Willingness to travel including overnights to project sites in the Midwest
- Travel is expected up to 50% of the time
- The role requires safe driving skills ability to work in the field under varied weather conditions and ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification is a plus
