A thriving partner hospital in Oklahoma City OK is actively seeking an Associate Veterinarian / Medical Director to lead their Emergency and Critical Care team. As Medical Director you will oversee a skilled ER team and work handson with a wide range of emergency cases. Youll guide clinical decisions mentor team members and contribute to the strategic direction of the hospitalwhile ensuring the highest standards of veterinary medicine.
Lead mentor and support a team of ER veterinarians and support staff.
Oversee patient care including triage diagnostics surgery and intensive care.
Help implement and refine medical protocols and standards of care.
Collaborate with management on operations staffing and workflow optimization.
Promote a culture of respect communication and professional development.
DVM or equivalent with active Oklahoma veterinary licensure (or eligibility).
Experience in emergency medicine; leadership experience highly preferred.
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Passion for teambuilding mentorship and highquality medicine.
Ability to thrive in a highenergy collaborative ER environment.
