Job Description

Paraplanner Confluence Wealth Manager Group

Join a dynamic and fastpaced private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial as a Paraplanner. This is a key role that supports both the operational and client service sides of the business allowing our advisors to focus on deepening client relationships and driving growth. If you thrive in a detailoriented teambased environment and enjoy supporting clients through thoughtful planning and problemsolving wed love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning Support:
    • Review and interpret client financial statements
    • Prepare insurance illustrations investment research and planning recommendations under advisor direction
    • Build client meeting materials and reports using internal planning tools
    • Assist clients with questions on accounts money movement and documentation
  • Client Meeting Preparation & Participation:
    • Coordinate and attend client meetings take notes and follow up on deliverables
    • Execute trades and process account changes with verbal and documented authorization
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Ameriprise guidelines
  • Operational & Administrative Support:
    • Manage client files scan/upload documents and maintain CRM systems
    • Draft client communications and handle phone/email followups
    • Support team members with special projects workflow tracking and daily task management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 3 years of experience in financial services or a related field
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 65 & 63) and Life Accident & Health insurance licenses required (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office CRM systems and financial planning tools
  • Strong understanding of financial statements investment products and planning concepts

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $65000$80000 per year
  • PTO paid holidays
