We are looking for a detailoriented quality assurance manager to ensure our finished product consistently delivers premium quality for our customers. The quality assurance manager understands the customers needs and requirements and coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams. To be successful in this role you should have excellent communication and listening skills with strong observational analytical and problemsolving skills. Key Responsibilities - Develop implement and continuously improve quality standards and procedures.
- Monitor production accuracy and consistency by analyzing QC data and defect rates.
- Oversee and enforce SOPs for identifying tracking and resolving quality issues.
- Lead in therecruitment training and developmentof QA staff.
- Gain an understanding of the clients needs and requirements and communicate them and the quality standards to the production teams.
- Devise ways to improve the production process to minimize quality issues.
- Devising improving and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes and training staff to use them.
- Create and maintain detailed quality reports identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.
- Inspecting the final output comparing it to the requirements and approving or rejecting the final products.
- Work closely across departments to communicate root cause issues and develop a strategy for resolution.
- Work closely with leadership toidentify systemic issues recommend improvements and develop resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance tracking and reporting tools for realtime quality monitoring
Qualifications - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in quality assurance production or a related field.
- 3 Years in a Quality Assurance role preferably in a production manufacturing or collectibles environment with experience in building metrics and reports.
- Ability to analyze data create reports and optimize workflows.
- Excellent communication leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail observation organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability tointerpret data and present insights effectively.
- Proficiency inQA reporting tools data visualization and process optimization.
- Willingness to collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and ensure product integrity.
- Detailoriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Familiarity with the collectibles industry is a plus.
- Standing for four hours a day or longer
