Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports donor recognition initiatives with administrative support.
  • Draft edit and distribute correspondence including letters and memorandums.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the assigned fundraiser(s).
  • Maintain and update the donor database with accuracy.
  • Research donor information to support fundraising efforts.
  • Compile and analyze donorrelated statistics.
  • Generate manage and run reports and queries within the database.
  • Coordinate donor engagement efforts including birthday holiday and thankyou cards.
  • Assist in creating editing and preparing marketing campaigns touch points and solicitation materials.
  • Process and track check requests for the Development team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office withadvanced skills in Excel(e.g. data analysis formulas pivot tables charts) is required.
  • Experience withCanvais also essential particularly for creating visually compelling presentations reports or marketing materials. Proficiency with design in Canva or similar products.

Preferred Experience:

  • College degree.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an Administrative or Program Assistant.
  • Experience with a CRM system

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment enjoys administrative work and is passionate about supporting fundraising efforts.

  • Modern Office Equipment and Relevant Software

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (usually file boxes)
