Program Director Crisis Intervention Services
Position Description:
We are seeking a Program Director for our Crisis Walkin Clinic to join our Team!
Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center is accepting applications for a fulltime Program Director of Crisis Intervention Services to manage supervise and oversee all aspects of the clinics operations and administration ensuring it adheres to the highest standards of mental health care and complies with all Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Regulations.
Principal Responsibilities of the Director will include:
1. Provide clinical supervision and management for the walkin clinic team including mental health professionals mental health workers peer specialists and other staff members.
2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Regulations.
3. Oversee the clinics administrative functions including budgeting resource allocation and record keeping.
4. Ensure the provision of quality mental health services and interventions to clients maintaining client confidentiality and respect at all times.
5. Conduct regular evaluations of clinic operations and staff performance implementing improvement plans when necessary.
6. Collaborate with external organizations and stakeholders for partnerships funding and community outreach efforts.
7. Ensure that the clinics practices adhere to all state and federal regulations maintaining preparedness for audits or inspections.
8. Provide crisis intervention and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
9. Foster a supportive and professional work environment promoting the ongoing education and training of staff.
Education Experience Skills Training:
The position requires a Masters Degree in Social Work Psychology Counseling or a related human services field with a minimum of five years of experience in a mental health setting and at least two years in a supervisory or managerial role.
The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with staff and clients. They must also uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of their role.
Must be able to obtain Act 33 Act 34 Act 114 clearances.
