You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe PC Support Analyst is responsible for planning implementing and providing support for various ITrelated tasks. Key duties include answering Help Desk calls in a professional manner accurately documenting client information using ServiceNow and resolving client inquiries regarding applications as well as lowlevel hardware issues like printer and PC problems. The analyst routes client issues to the appropriate IT area. Additional responsibilities involve hardware and software assessment installation and troubleshooting. The analyst also installs hardware throughout the organization following IT standards.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
Associates degree
Preference for candidates with two (2) years of experience in healthcare.
**Experience:**
Effective interaction with clients in a complex environment.
Ability to communicate with different levels of management IT personnel and departmental clients.
Skill in coordinating with vendors to resolve issues.
Capacity to handle highpressure situations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
**Physical Requirements:**
Ability to sit walk bend reach and stoop intermittently.
Must lift computer equipment (e.g. printers monitors CPUs boxes of paper) weighing over 30 pounds.
Ability to work in a deadlineoriented moderatetohigh stress environment.
