Senior RFP Writer - Real Estate - 12 Month FTC

We have an opportunity within the Global RFP Team for a senior/experienced RFP Writer to join our Real Estate asset class team to help support with the production of DDQs RFPs and RFIs for large scale wholesale & institutional opportunities. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to firms core flagship Real Estate products and develop writing and interpersonal skills whilst working alongside a talented and supportive RFP team.

We are looking for an individual with excellent written and oral communication skills and stakeholder management skills strong attention to detail with a cando inquisitive and enthusiastic approach to RFP work with motivationto learn about Real Estate at M&G.

The Senior RFP Writer would be expected to collaborate with teams across M&G and to contribute to the team strategy and our award winning and growing Real Estate department.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

• Delivery of highquality RFPs RFIs and DDQs on M&G funds across the Wholesale and Institutional businesses.
• Liaise with investment specialists directors content writers compliance performance and risk departments etc. and a variety of other sources within M&G to ensure responses are optimal and tailored appropriately.
• Participate in wider team projects involving the content database (RocketDocs) as well as adhoc projects to build the teams profile around the business.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance current processes and controls and support in the improvement of the overall control environment customers outcomes and a reduction in M&Gs operational risk.

Key Knowledge Skills & Experience:

• Experience of working in Asset Management in an RFP role
• Previous Real Estate experience or the desire to learn about the asset class
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple RFP projects simultaneously whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Good creative writing skills and good grammar/authoring; Ability to write in a clear concise manner.
• Confident liaising with stakeholders of varying seniority and the ability to build good working relationships by understanding needs and requirements.
• Knowledge of Q&A databases is preferred (RocketDocs).
• Proficient in the MS Office suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Ability to write for multiple audiences and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and control multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative to improve RFP processes and content.
• Ideally IMC qualified or working towards this or other relevant qualifications.
