You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Kinship Care Program delivers quality case management support to vulnerable children and young people aged 018 years who are in the care of a relative or a member of their social network while they are unable to live with their parents. The program supports both statutory Child Protection clients and voluntary clients without any Child Protection intervention.
As a Case Manager work closely with families to support the development and implementation of case plans that aim to achieve desired outcomes in the context of the child or young persons ongoing safety stability and developmental needs.

In addition to your salary of SCHADS Level 4 super you can access the following.
To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description including having a Diploma qualification in community welfare work or a related field. Degree qualifications in social work psychology or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
