As an Administrative Assistant 1 youwill serve the Field Operations Section which includes hearings and suspensions as well as quality assurance activities. Assignments include analyzing administrative or staff operations and procedures developing and recommending work standards and procedures conducting research and preparing reports or findings. You will also be responsible for preparing andcreating agendas maintaining records and spreadsheets preparing reports and editing clerical staff correspondence. Employ your critical thinking skills to providerecommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of workflow and customer service in relation to hearings and violation sanctioning within the Vehicle Inspection Division and Hearings and Suspensions Unit. This position requires adetailed working knowledge of the functions and procedures of the Vehicle Inspection Division and Field Operations Section including the Hearings and Suspensions and Quality Assurance Units.
