Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Recruiter to join our growing team and support full life cycle recruiting efforts across our corporate office as well as our residential and commercial real estate portfolio. This inoffice role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify top talent while enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a wide range of roles including sourcing screening interviewing coordinating and offer management.
Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates; support hiring managers with interview coordination and feedback collection.
Maintain job postings across multiple platforms and ensure all are uptodate and optimized for visibility.
Assist in extending offer letters initiating background checks and processing candidate onboarding materials.
Track candidate progress through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation.
Partner with the Director of Recruiting on special projects reporting and strategy initiatives.
Provide administrative support related to recruiting including correspondence with candidates interview scheduling calendar management and file organization.
Qualifications of the Recruiter:
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field preferred.
14years of recruiting experience; agency experience strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple open roles at once and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
