- Compensation
- Listed pay of $20 includes hourly base pay with the potential for a pay increase posttraining.

- Shadow repairs and equipment installs gaining handson experience with manager support.
- Assist on larger jobs and team installs always with guidance nearby.
- Learn to care for tools vehicles and equipment with help from experienced techs.
