What You Can Expect
ENGIE Energy Marketing North America (EEMNA) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Structured Natural Gas Originator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our natural gas portfolio through the development and execution of complex structured transactions tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients. The successful candidate will leverage their deep market knowledge strong analytical skills and established industry relationships to identify and capitalize on profitable opportunities within the North American natural gas market. This position sits in Houston TX reporting to the Vice President of Structured Gas Origination.
What Youll Bring
You hold a Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in structured natural gas origination trading or related roles
- You have a deep understanding of the North American natural gas market including supply and demand fundamentals pipeline infrastructure and the regulatory landscape
- You have a proven track record of originating and executing complex structured transactions supported by strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- You are knowledgeable in risk management principles and experienced with energy trading and risk management (ETRM) systems
- You have excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- You have an established network of industry contacts and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel PowerPoint and Word

Compensation
Salary Range: $99000 $151800 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal state and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography experience education internal pay alignment or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
