Movetastic! Chicagos favorite moving company is hiring a Seasonal Inside Sales & Customer Experience Associate to join our highenergy funloving team this summer!
What Youll Learn & Do
As a Seasonal Inside Sales Associate youll play a key role in helping our customers navigate their moving experience from start to finish. Youll gain handson experience in:
- Talking with customers via phone text and email to answer questions and close sales
- Generating moving estimates and booking services
- Learning how to identify customer needs and upsell services
- Collaborating with our operations team to coordinate schedules
- Representing Movetastic! in local outreach and networking events
- Hitting goals and learning about sales KPIs in a realworld environment
- Supporting marketing campaigns and outreach efforts

- A positive gogetter attitude and professional communication style
- Excellent listening and people skillsyoure a natural at building rapport
- Detailoriented and organized even when juggling multiple tasks

- Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required!
Seasonal Employment Details
- Fulltime (around 40 hours/week) from May through August 2025
- Typical hours: MonFri 9 AM 5 PM with occasional staggered shifts (8a4p or 10a6p)
- Hourly pay: $21.00 commissions
- Great training and mentorship from experienced team members
