About This Role
We believe people should love what they do in this role you will be responsible for:
The Pricing & Estimating Financial Analyst will perform as an integral proposal team member to assist the Proposal Manager in the development of cost proposals and various pricing exercises. This Analyst will provide fullysupported compliant proposals that are current accurate and complete in accordance with customer requests Federal Acquisition Regulations and company policies.
Work with Proposal Managers Bidders Procurement and other Estimators to develop update and maintain cost proposals.
Analyze labor hour estimates material estimates travel and other cost and pricing data to ensure values are well supported.
Write descriptive narratives that describe and support the numeric content
Assist in preparing management review slides.
Prepare cost/price volumes compliant with customer requests. Support post submittal activities to include audit factfinding and negotiations.
Follow established procedures and work under general direction.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field with 2 years of experience
PC proficiency required in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint etc).
Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
Working knowledge of ProPricer is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work well with others across multiple disciplines at all levels of the organization
Has an understanding of the application of pricing and costing principles concepts practices and standards.
Basic knowledge of General Accounting processes procedures and rules
You are a United States citizen a legal Permanent Resident (i.e. Naturalized Citizen) have been granted Political Asylee or granted Refugee status by the United States government.
