Accounts Representative Kansas City Metro and surrounding area
InterState Studio is a familyowned school photography and yearbook company that has been successfully serving schools for 90 years.
By listening to the needs of our customers and utilizing the latest technologies we pride ourselves on providing highquality school portraits and yearbooks with affordable pricing and excellent service.
Were looking for a driven and customerfocused Account Representative to manage and grow accounts in the Kansas City Metro and surrounding area. If you excel at relationshipbuilding sales and customer service this is your opportunity to make an impact while helping schools preserve cherished memories.
What Youll Do:
- Manage and grow accounts within your assigned territory.
- Rebook and service existing clients ensuring toptier customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities by working with the Territory Manager to expand our reach.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to schools showcasing our photography and yearbook services.
- Coordinate and support school photography sessions ensuring a seamless experience.
Qualifications
What Youll Bring:
- Sales or account management experience preferred ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a professional and personable approach.
- Selfmotivation and organization ability to manage your schedule prioritize tasks and meet goals independently.
- Techsavviness comfortable using Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and basic technology for tracking and reporting.
- Problemsolving mindset proactive and resourceful in addressing customer needs and challenges.
- Positive outgoing attitude enjoys networking building rapport and delivering toptier customer service.
- Requirements:High School DiplomaValid drivers licenseBackground check
