As a Recruiting and Talent Management Apprentice you will support key HR initiatives related to attracting hiring and developing top talent. This handson apprenticeship is ideal for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources with exposure to the full talent lifecycle in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating job postings and managing applicant tracking systems
Screen resumes and schedule interviews in collaboration with recruiters
Support employer branding initiatives through social media and campus outreach
Support anddevelop the apprenticeship & internship program
Contribute to onboarding processes and help ensure a positive new hire experience
Assist with data entry reporting and maintaining recruitment dashboards
Support talent development programs including training sessions and career development activities
Participate in HR projects related to performance management employee engagement and internal mobility
Conduct market research on recruiting trends and best practices

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
Strong interest in HR recruiting and employee development
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR systems is a plus
A team player with a proactive cando attitude
