As a Recruiting and Talent Management Apprentice you will support key HR initiatives related to attracting hiring and developing top talent. This handson apprenticeship is ideal for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources with exposure to the full talent lifecycle in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating job postings and managing applicant tracking systems

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews in collaboration with recruiters

• Support employer branding initiatives through social media and campus outreach

• Support anddevelop the apprenticeship & internship program

• Contribute to onboarding processes and help ensure a positive new hire experience

• Assist with data entry reporting and maintaining recruitment dashboards

• Support talent development programs including training sessions and career development activities

• Participate in HR projects related to performance management employee engagement and internal mobility

• Conduct market research on recruiting trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field

• Strong interest in HR recruiting and employee development

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR systems is a plus

• A team player with a proactive cando attitude
