About the role
In this role youll support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate timely financial reporting. Your structured approach will help improve financial processes and drive operational efficiency in a dynamic crossborder business.
Key responsibilities include customer invoicing accounts payable Swedish VAT reporting and assisting with monthly closings and annual audits. Youll also collaborate with local accounting partners abroad to ensure compliance and play a key role in developing and maintaining our ERP system Microsoft Business Central.
Youll join a 10person finance team report to the Head of Accounting and help build a scalable financial infrastructure in a fastpaced global environment.
Start date: September 1 2025.
Qualifications
You are structured handson and committed to excellence in finance. With solid accounting experience and an eagerness to improve processes you are ready to support a growing international organization.
Required:
35 years of experience in a similar financial role
Strong skills in daytoday accounting general ledger management and monthly closing activities
Good understanding of financial compliance requirements and audit processes
Proven experience with VAT reporting in Sweden and solid knowledge of Swedish accounting standards
Handson experience working with ERP systems
Proficiency in Excel and strong general IT/system skills
Professional proficiency in English
Professional proficiency in Swedish
Good to have:
- Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field
Experience working in an international context and supporting financial operations in multiple countries
Experience collaborating with external accounting firms especially across different countries
Prior knowledge and experience with Microsoft Business Central
Previous involvement in ERP system development or finance process automation projects
