Are you detailoriented organized and passionate about compliance and accuracy in documentation Evac Group is looking for a Logistics Documentation Trainee to support our logistics operations and ensure the highest standards in documentation processes.
About the Role
As a Logistics Documentation Trainee you will play a key role in ensuring our documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements. You will support Evacs organizational goals by maintaining accurate and compliant records and by contributing to continuous improvement in our processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure all documentation is accurate current and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
- Manage obtain and maintain documents that support quality assurance regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Evac customers freight forwarders and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation flows.
- Develop systems and procedures for document retrieval to facilitate easy and efficient access to critical information.
What Were Looking For
- Ongoing UAS (University of Applied Sciences) studies in business engineering or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required; Finnish is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive attitude.
- A passion for accuracy quality and compliance in documentation processes.
- Additional metrics as defined by the Group
