Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair HVAC systems including heating ventilation and air conditioning units.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose problems with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to service calls and address customer concerns regarding HVAC performance.
- Keep detailed records of service performed and part replacements to maintain accurate service logs.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure all systems are functioning optimally across the facility.
- Stay uptodate with the latest HVAC technologies and best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and regulations while performing all job duties.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant HVAC certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to work with various tools and equipment related to HVAC maintenance.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for interaction with clients.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in HVAC installation maintenance or repair is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Experience working in a commercial or industrial setting is a plus.
