Job Summary for Assembly Operator III
Perform basic and routine mechanical assembly operations in compliance with company procedures
Assemble high quality cardiovascular medical devices and related components within a manufacturing cell
Operate and maintain various equipment/machinery including use of hand tools microscopes and other small tools
Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records for traceability and quality assurance
Perform visual inspections precision measurements and tests on components and assemblies
Repair and correct devices/components using appropriate tools and techniques
Package finished devices ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
Clean tools and equipment as per documented procedures and dispose of hazardous waste properly
Work in a cleanroom environment following all safety and sanitation guidelines
Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes
Communicate effectively with team members including Lead Assembler and Manager
Notify supervisor/lead of supply shortages or production issues
Meet individual and team performance metrics and goals
Perform other related duties as assigned
Must possess good English reading writing and verbal skills (6th grade level) basic math skills good manual dexterity and the ability to prioritize and make decisions independently
High school diploma and minimum 4 years of relevant experience required
