Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings across multiple marketplaces (Amazon Walmart eBay etc.)
- Optimize product titles descriptions images keywords and backend content for visibility and conversions
- Monitor listings for accuracy performance and compliance with platform policies
- Coordinate with inventory fulfillment and customer service teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations
- Analyze sales data traffic and ranking performance to identify growth opportunities
- Support promotions deals and advertising campaigns on marketplace platforms
- Manage product reviews customer feedback and resolution of listing issues or violations
- Stay updated on marketplace trends policies and algorithm changes
Key Skills:
- Handson experience with Amazon Seller Central Walmart Seller Center eBay Seller Hub
- Knowledge of listing optimization keyword research and marketplace SEO
- Familiarity with FBA FBM and thirdparty fulfillment workflows
- Basic understanding of marketplace advertising tools (Amazon PPC etc.)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP pivot tables etc.)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs across channels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and identify issues
- Good written communication for listing content and customer responses
