Voici un poste à distance.
OS4 Techno est à la recherche d un(e) spécialiste des ventes en technologie de l information pour se joindre à son équipe dynamique. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) est bilingue (français et anglais) possède une excellente rigueur professionnelle et démontre une grande attention aux détails. Nous recherchons une personne proactive organisée et capable de bien comprendre les besoins des clients afin de leur proposer des solutions TI adaptées et innovantes.
Responsabilités
- Prendre en charge les demandes de commande de licences Microsoft et d équipement ou maintenance Fortinet
- Créer des devis précis et détaillés
- Contacter les clients pour valider les détails des commandes
- Sinterfacer avec léquipe technique pour valider les besoins
- Faire des suivis avec les clients sur les devis envoyés
- Assurer la coordination entre léquipe technique les clients les fabricants et les distributeurs
- Gestion occasionnelle de certains clients
- Participer au démarchage pour trouver de nouveaux clients
- Contacter les clients actuels pour leur présenter nos services
OS4 Techno is looking for an Information Technology Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is bilingual (French and English) highly detailoriented and demonstrates strong professional discipline. We are seeking someone proactive and wellorganized with the ability to clearly understand client needs and propose innovative and tailored IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Handle requests for Microsoft license orders as well as Fortinet equipment and maintenance
- Create accurate and detailed quotes
- Contact clients to validate order details
- Collaborate with the technical team to confirm requirements
- Follow up with clients on quotes sent
- Ensure coordination between the technical team clients manufacturers and distributors
- Occasionally manage select client accounts
- Participate in business development efforts to attract new clients
- Reach out to existing clients to promote our services
Profil
Exigences et habiletés recherchées:
- Expérience pertinente avec les processus de ventes en technologie de l information
- Expérience significative avec l utilisation d un CRM
- Connaissances de base en TI
- Bilingue (français et anglais)
- Minutieux(se) et très attentif(ve) aux détails
- Autonomie et capacité à saisir les opportunités
- Bonnes compétences en communication et en relation
Requirements and Desired Skills:
- Relevant experience in IT sales processes
- Solid experience using a CRM system
- Basic knowledge of information technology
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Detailoriented and highly meticulous
- Selfmotivated with the ability to identify and seize opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
