What you will be doing:
- Manage litigation from start to trial (hearings depositions site inspections and more)
- Draft and respond to discovery requests (interrogatories RFAs document requests)
- Develop litigation strategies and analyze liability/exposure
- Communicate regularly with clients to align on case direction and goals
- Collaborate daily with experienced ABOTA trial attorneys
Experience you will need:
- J.D. and active CA bar license
- 1 year of civil litigation experience (premises liability preferred)
- Strong writing time management and discovery drafting skills
