Job Description
A fastgrowing longterm care group is seeking Fulltime Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to see geriatric patients in an assisted living facility located in Kenton OH. If you are looking to fulfill your career connect with patients on a oneonone basis and help them heal and live a better quality of life this position is for you.
Requirements:
- Valid NP license in the state of Ohio
- Board Certification
Duties will include:
- Managing all Primary Care related consults
- History and physical exam
- Medication review
- Prescribe medication and drugs
- Check in with patients who have acute issues and establish a followup plan
- Reach an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patients medical history
