Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives across all channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing a fullspectrum digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives drives brand awareness and fuels customer acquisition and engagement. As the Digital Marketing Lead you will leverage your expertise to manage a team and optimize efforts across SEO paid ads email marketing social media and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop implement and optimize a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that spans across various digital channels (SEO SEM email social media content marketing etc.).
Align marketing objectives with overall business goals to enhance lead generation conversion and customer retention.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Oversee onpage and offpage SEO efforts ensuring continuous improvements in keyword ranking organic traffic and domain authority.
Partner with content and web development teams to implement SEO best practices and achieve visibility goals.
Paid Advertising (SEM & Social)
Manage paid search display and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audiences effectively.
Work with ad platforms (Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn etc.) to develop and optimize ad strategies measure KPIs and deliver reporting insights.
Content Marketing
Guide content marketing strategy to produce relevant engaging content that supports customer journey stages and brand storytelling.
Oversee blog whitepapers case studies and video content creation working closely with content creators and designers.
Social Media Marketing
Lead social media strategy to drive brand engagement foster community and generate leads.
Manage posting schedules engagement metrics and crosschannel alignment to ensure a consistent brand presence.
Email Marketing & Automation
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition nurturing and retention.
Leverage automation tools to personalize communication at scale and drive targeted campaigns based on user behavior.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and KPIs to gauge success and refine strategies.
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through regular reporting on campaign performance conversion rates and other key metrics.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead a team of digital marketing professionals including content creators social media managers and data analysts.
Foster a collaborative environment setting clear goals and ensuring continuous growth and learning within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field; Master s degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success in multichannel campaigns.
Strong knowledge of SEO SEM content marketing social media and email marketing best practices.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Marketo) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush or similar).
Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment and stay updated on digital marketing trends.
