Job Description
You will perform daytoday activities that ensure the cleanliness of the Community. Our residents truly appreciate your hard work; helping our senior residents is a fulfilling and rewarding job!
Essential Duties:
- Maintains a professional appearance manner and approach while on duty
- Works in a manner that promotes a safe and sanitary environment for staff residents and visitors; makes efforts to reduce safety hazards accidents and injuries
- Maintains appropriate levels of confidentiality
- Cleans rooms hallways lobbies lounges restrooms corridors elevators stairways and locker rooms and other work areas
- Cleans rugs carpets upholstered furniture and draperies
- Washes walls ceiling and woodwork. Washes windows door panels and sills
- Empties wastebaskets
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area
- Replenishes bathroom supplies replaces light bulbs
- Assists housekeeping staff with heavy cleaning or moving of items
- Assists in setting up rooms for special events. Helps clean up such areas after events are concluded
