Captura Hall is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to oversee our support operations in Miami FL. The ideal candidate will lead a team of customer service representatives implement efficient service strategies and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the customer support team to meet performance goals

  • Develop and implement effective customer service procedures and policies

  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution

  • Monitor customer interactions to maintain high service standards

  • Conduct training sessions and regular performance evaluations for support staff

  • Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to internal processes

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline service operations and client satisfaction


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer support or customer service management role

  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools

  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred
