Captura Hall is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to oversee our support operations in Miami FL. The ideal candidate will lead a team of customer service representatives implement efficient service strategies and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead the customer support team to meet performance goals
Develop and implement effective customer service procedures and policies
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Monitor customer interactions to maintain high service standards
Conduct training sessions and regular performance evaluations for support staff
Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to internal processes
Collaborate with other departments to streamline service operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications :

Proven experience in a customer support or customer service management role
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred
