Job Description
The 3PL Associate plays a key role in managing and coordinating thirdparty logistics operations to ensure efficient costeffective and timely movement of goods. This role involves working closely with external 3PL providers internal teams and customers to ensure accurate order fulfillment inventory accuracy and service level adherence.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations with 3PL service providers including shipping receiving and inventory management.
- Monitor 3PL performance against service level agreements (SLAs) KPIs and contract terms.
- Resolve logistics issues such as shipment delays damaged goods or inventory discrepancies in coordination with 3PL partners.
- Track and report on order fulfillment shipping accuracy and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments and inventory levels.
- Assist with logistics process improvement initiatives and costreduction strategies.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to 3PL operations.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders (procurement customer service warehouse) to ensure alignment with logistics activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management Logistics Business or related field.
- 2 years of experience in logistics warehouse or supply chain operations (3PL experience preferred).
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP platforms.
- Understanding of freight transportation and warehouse operations.
- Strong communication coordination and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software/tools
