Key Responsibilities:
Effective preparation and delivery of the relevant purposeful and value adding financial statements for all entities within the group.
Liaise and correspond with Local and International Investors and Fund Managers regarding meetings and presentations at results roadshows and for ad hoc events.
Prepare and provide valuable feedback into the organisation including ad hoc competitor analysis and other financial analyses.
Coordinate the design and preparation of IRrelated materials e.g. staff announcement and fact sheet roadshow materials and analyst/ investor events.
Liaise and correspond with internal management regarding meetings presentations and ad hoc events.
