Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration support and maintenance of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool. This role involves ensuring the CLM system operates efficiently troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to users. The Systems Administrator will work closely with various departments to ensure the CLM tool meets the organizations needs and enhances contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Manage the daytoday operations of the CLM tool including system configuration user management and performance monitoring.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to users troubleshoot issues and resolve systemrelated problems promptly.
  • Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform regular system maintenance apply updates and ensure the CLM tool is running on the latest version.
  • User Training: Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the CLM tool.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity perform data migrations and manage data backups and recovery processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including legal procurement and IT to understand their requirements and ensure the CLM tool meets their needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure the CLM tool complies with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications :

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration preferably with experience in supporting CLM tools or similar enterprise applications.
