Job Description
Supporting the Sous Chef in managing the kitchen;
Supervising the various stations during miseenplace and service;
Monitoring and following up on orders and stock management;
Actively contributing to the development of new creative dishes;
Training and guiding young culinary talent within the team.
Qualifications :
Passionate cook with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Team player who enjoys being part of a dynamic and creative kitchen team;
Experience in a gastronomic environment;
Driven to grow within an ambitious kitchen brigade.
