Client Relations Executive Assistant - Eurofins Built Environment Testing - Burlingame, Glendale, Pomona, Tustin or San Diego

The Client Relations Executive Assistant supports the Client Relations Executives in servicing Eurofins Built Environment Testing clients with the goal of total client satisfaction.  Candidates must be living near one of the following locations Burlingame CA Glendale CA Pomona CA Tustin CA or San Diego CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Must understand the internal operational capabilities and limitations and be knowledgeable in the service capability matrices of the various lab locations.
• Ability to assist with administrative tasks as determined by the Client Relations Executive Team
• Manage and provide timely responses to simple client requests
• Work closely with Laboratory Support to ensure proper receipt and login of samples.
• Answer and redirect phone calls coming into the Customer Service Line
• Ensure that clients receive the proper sampling supplies by coordinating requests for products.
• Manage Intercompany quoting and transfer of projects
• Travel within California will be required during training.

Qualifications :

• BS degree in Biology or related science preferred
• Experience: 12 years Customer Service preferred
• Familiarity with a laboratory setting is preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement including the ability to read write and speak in English
• Ability to travel within California will be required during training.

Additional Information :

Compensation Range: $22 $26 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Position is fulltime Monday Friday 9:00am 6:00pm. Qualified candidates currently living within a commutable distance of either Burlingame Glendale Tustin Pomona or San Diego CA are encouraged to apply. 

Travel within Southern California will be required during training.
