Job Description
Omio is looking for a strategicallyminded and analytically strong Senior Business Operations Manager to help drive highimpact initiatives that support our growth and operational excellence. This highimpact role combines the structured problemsolving and analytical rigor typically found in investment banking or management consulting with handson operational execution in a fastpaced tech environment. Youll support senior leaders across the business working crossfunctionally to turn data into action improve key processes and help scale what matters most.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior leadership with highquality datadriven insights that surface growth opportunities inform key decisions and enhance business performance.
- Lead complex crossfunctional projects in collaboration with Analytics Product and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and delivery on strategic priorities.
- Develop scalable frameworks and tools to evaluate performance track key initiatives and enable datainformed planning and prioritization.
- Analyze core business metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Identify and execute opportunities to enhance efficiency streamline operations and support Omios longterm strategic goals.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of professional experience in management consulting investment banking and strategy roles in a tech company marketplace or SaaS organization.
- Demonstrated track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable impact in fastpaced highgrowth environments.
- Highly selfdriven and resultsoriented with a test and learn mindset to tackle challenges and generate significant outcomes.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems develop actionable strategies and support datadriven decisionmaking at an executive level.
- Proven experience leading and managing largescale crossfunctional projects driving alignment across diverse teams and creating streamlined scalable processes.
- Expertise in working with data leveraging tools such as Excel SQL Looker Tableau or other BI platforms to extract insights and optimize business performance.
- Exceptional communication storytelling and presentation skills in English with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
