As a Card Issuing Logistics Manager within our Spend Squad youll have a direct impact on our customers first physical interaction with our product. Overseeing global manufacturing and distribution in 40 countries youll lead a team focused on providing a seamless and fast card delivery ultimately driving customer satisfaction.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor a highperforming global card operations team across Singapore and Tallinn.
- Develop individual growth track team metrics align with goals/KPIs.
- Foster accountability transparency and continuous improvement.
- Present team progress in payment organization reviews.
- Act as firstlevel escalation point for internal/external partners.
Optimizing Team Capacity and Processes:
- Plan resources to ensure operational SLAs are met.
- Lead Operational quarterly planning aligning with Products strategy.
- Manage team capacity for prioritized initiatives based on impact and urgency.
- Proactively identifies automation opportunities for manual operational tasks and contributes to longterm automation strategy for scalability.
Global Manufacturing Footprint Strategy:
- Continuously develop longterm global manufacturing strategy balancing cost speed and scalability.
- Plan to diversify manufacturing base and delivery operations for business continuity.
- Conduct a robust vendor review process to monitor performance identify areas for optimization and ensure accountability.
- Streamline vendor communication and escalate issue resolution.
Qualifications :
- Youre eligible to work in Singapore we dont support visa nor relocation support (including residency permits) for this role
- You have at least 1 year of leadership experience background in supplychain / logistics operations is nice to have.
- Youre comfortable working within teams that face complex issues and take charge in difficult situations such as engineers or product teams.
- You are a problemsolver identifying gaps implementing solutions and driving continuous improvement.
- You have experience optimizing processes with internal and external partners focusing on KPIs and SLAs.
- You know how to use data to prioritise tasks that have the most valueadd to customers and measure the impact.
- You prioritize customers and take initiative to drive results.
- A strong communicator you adapt your style to different audiences.
- You foster an open collaborative team environment and are passionate about technology and customer experience.
- Skilled at building relationships you work closely with product teams and external partners staying curious and committed to learning.
- Bonus: Youve worked in card manufacturing or have experience with supplychain/delivery optimisation.
