You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYour role will be responsible for the events operations department at the Raffles London OWO. Ensuring gust expectation is met through the entire even experience. Maintaining exceptional levels of guest communication preparation and delivery of all events and meetings across the events department. The role involves the ability to preempt guest expectations. You will work in close contact with the Kitchen and sales teams to ensure guests expectations are met and surpassed. Working closely with direct hotel employees and agency/reserve staff to ensure standards of service are met.
