Job Description

The Sales Coordinator function plays a pivotal role in the Sales Enablement team at Wise Platform by supercharging the success of our Commercial org. Sales Coordinators are a key part of the dealflow process supporting our Business Development and Account Management teams by managing and enhancing the end to end sales process.

The roles focus is on tasks that increase dealflow velocity and conversion ratios for partners and increase the capacity of our sales team by creating sales tools and process management.  The role works crossfunctionally with Sales Product Marketing Delivery and other teams to enable maximum velocity through our sales cycle.

Your Mission: 

  • For our target accounts you will support BDs in building out our knowledge by creating early stage account plans and stakeholder maps.

  • You will also support marketings initial outreach to these accounts by sharing key stakeholder information and roles.

  • For our opportunities you will own the project plan which lists out all actions and milestones in the dealflow with a synopsis of the work streams to be undertaken. Assign action owners (internally and externally) with timelines for completion and hold those owners accountable.

  • Where needed support on specific work streams within the opportunity such as providing data analysis on payment routes creating sales collateral or working through an onboarding flow for a partner.

  • Drive internal opportunity awareness by managing updates through our communication channels.

  • Maintain the accuracy of Salesforce by ensuring all dealflow teams are updating appropriately and in a timely manner.

  • Contribute towards additional projects that will advance both the Sales Enablement and Sales functions within Wise Platform.


Qualifications :

About You 

  • Proven track record of supercharging revenue through sales sales enablement or strategy roles.

  • Experience of creating engaging sales collateral to position the value of a product or service.

  • Analytically astute with the ability to interpret large volumes of data.

  • Excellent collaborator that is able to bring a group of individuals together and focus on achieving a shared goal.

  • Detailoriented and organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • A proactive and creative thinker who can contribute fresh ideas to the team.

  • Preferably work in a payment or fintech environment previously.
