Reporting to Director of Finance you will be a highly organised Senior Purchasing Officer with a drive for overseeing all procurement activities ensuring costeffective and timely acquisition of goods for our organisation.
Duties include but are not limited to;
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget constraints
- Manage vendor relationships negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms to optimize cost savings
- Analyse pricing data and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions
- Oversee the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams with the Hotel to understand and fulfill departmental needs efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of purchases contracts and inventory levels
- Implement and manage inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Generate comprehensive reports on procurement activities expenditures and supplier performance
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices in procurement and supply chain management
Qualifications :
Minimum of 13 years of experience in procurement logistics or supply chain management
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with procurement software and inventory management systems (Purchase Plus preferred)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
