Job Description
- Manage the service of food and beverage within the restaurant bar room service and conferencing and outside catering area.
- Responsible for ensuring that all F&B expenses are in line with department budgetary expectations.
- Liaise with the Conference & Banqueting team to understand BEO and function requirements.
- Ensure staff are competent in menu dietary and allergens knowledge. Ensure staff have some understanding of beverages and wine list and are competent to make suggestions as required.
- Ensure staff are aware of current promotions and are able to maximize sales to guests.
Qualifications :
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience in a food and beverage outlet.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer wine spirits and cocktails.
- Proven capability in creating a positive and productive work environment.
- Micros knowledge desirable.
