Job Description
TheOutbound Sales Representative Position is the first point of contact for customers who seek our assistance with their debt. You will be responsible for prequalifying potential customers and transferring qualified customers to our certified enrollment specialists.
PLEASE NOTE:This is an inoffice position (not remote) that requires you to work in our West Palm Beach office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle 150200 calls per day (both inbound and outbound)
- Read from script to properly engage and prequalify potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive empathetic and professional demeanor
- Identify the customers objectives and provide possible solutions
- Some call center/sales experience is preferred
- Must have a positive upbeat and professional attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual is a plus!
- Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office Google and CRM
- Be resultdriven and goaloriented
- Must be punctual and reliable!

COMPENSATION:$1821 per hour inclusive of Hourly and Commission. Plus Monthly Bonuses
