Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST Monday to Friday Fully Remote
Overview: We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have handson experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to develop and maintain web applications components and integrations. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to build and implement scalable highperformance digital solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of AEMbased solutions ensuring scalability performance and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to implement AEM AEP and other integrated solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within AEM environments.
- Mentor and guide development teams ensuring best practices and highquality code.
- Stay uptodate with the latest AEM features and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AEMbased solutions including components templates and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of AEM with HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
- Write clean efficient and reusable code using Java for backend development and JavaScript for frontend enhancements.
- Integrate AEM with thirdparty systems APIs and services.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AEM implementation.
- Maintain and optimize AEM applications for performance scalability and security.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (designers project managers QA) to ensure highquality deliverables.
- Follow best practices in coding testing and version control.
- Stay uptodate with the latest AEM features web technologies and industry trends.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java & JavaScript.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including developing components templates and workflows.
- Indepth knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Apache Oak
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts in professional English.
